March 22 2024 – Service disruption advisory for members of the UFCW 247 Benefit Trust Fund

As previously advised, Prudent Benefits Administrative Services (PBAS) are in the final stage of implementation of the new member portal called DrawBridge to improve member access to their benefits to eligible members at Loblaws Superstore, DC, and Extra Foods.

This has unfortunately resulted in delays in the claims processing of dental, vision and manual prescription drug claims.

They apologize again for any inconvenience these delays have caused.

Resumption of claims processing is expected by next week with an additional slight delay as they clear through the submitted claims.

Member utilizing the prescription drug cards are not affected by this upgrade.
