Make a Difference in Online Learning!

Are you passionate about learning and eager to shape the future of online education for UFCW members?

WebCampus is a free online education platform provided to UFCW members and their families across

Canada. Developed by the UFCW Canada National Office over the past 15 years, it has provided hundreds of diverse courses to thousands of members.

The courses are constantly refreshed and are intended to connect workers with the skills required to grow professionally within UFCW Canada’s core sectors and beyond.

Naturally, UFCW members are also involved in webCampus’ development.

The UFCW webCampus Advisory Group is looking for engaged UFCW Local 247 members to volunteer their insights and experiences to help improve our courses and digital offerings.

Advisory group participants play a key role in previewing new webCampus courses, ensuring they are relevant and valuable to fellow UFCW members across Canada.

What’s involved?

As an advisory group participant, your input will contribute to the evolution of webCampus and help shape the learning experiences of the thousands of members who take advantage of these FREE union-provided courses.

  • > This is a voluntary position with a one-year term (renewable)
  • > Time spent working on webCampus projects will vary from month to month
  • > Currently, we estimate a monthly commitment of 1-5 hours
  • > Participants will be asked to review select courses and projects before they launch, sharing honest and constructive feedback.
