Thank you to all members who participated in one of the scheduled explanation meetings and took the time to vote.  It is an important union responsibility to exercise your rights to participate in the collective bargaining process and have your voice heard through your ballot.

The voting process has been concluded and all ballots received have been counted. 

The membership has rejected the proposed memorandum of settlement by 78 percent.

We have notified the Company of this result and the Union has requested that the Company return to the bargaining table.

We will keep members informed of any updates as they become available.
