Another group of UFCW Local 247 members (this time at a YIG store) is about to be paid a total of 159 hours in wages after their Union Representative reviewed their schedules and found numerous issues.

2019 has seen a large number of UFCW 247 members compensated for scheduling errors and issues.

Last week we reported on a member receiving nearly $5,000 at Safeway, and there have been a large number of members at Superstore who have been compensated after the union intervened on their behalf.

No matter what company you work for, no matter how big or small your store or workplace may be, it is important to check your schedules regularly and make sure you are being paid properly.

If you are not sure you are being paid properly, please check your paystub and your contract, and if you still have questions, feel free to inquire further with your Shop Steward and/or Union Representative.
