Our union bargaining committee’s strength at the table is directly related to how engaged and united our members are along the way. Solidarity is key to achieving a strong and fair agreement.
Your involvement in building solidarity throughout the bargaining process makes a big difference. Here are some ways you can get involved.

YOUR BARGAINING COMMITTEE
Your union bargaining committee drives much of the actual negotiations with the company.
Your committee is made up of your fellow union members, including shop stewards and fellow members selected by you, working with the support of union staff members, including negotiators, communications and engagement staff, and lawyers.

Dean Patriquin
Dean is Executive Assistant to the President for UFCW Local 247 and is the lead spokesperson for our union at the bargaining table. Dean has been a union negotiator and representative for nearly 30 years.

Wojtek Rojewski
Wojtek is the Union Representative assigned to support UFCW Local 247 members at FG Deli. Coming out of the Loblaw Warehouse, he has been a UFCW member and activist for more than XX years.
