YOUR BARGAINING COMMITTEE
Your union bargaining committee drives much of the actual negotiations with the company.
Your committee is made up of your fellow union members, including shop stewards and fellow members selected by you. They work with the support of union staff members, including negotiators, communications and engagement staff, and lawyers.
Your bargaining committee has 190 years of combined experience working at the plant, with several members serving on previous union bargaining committees and several attending negotiations for the first time.

We’re holding bargaining proposal meetings and union bargaining committee elections on Saturday, September 13, 2025 (10AM and 3PM) at the Sandman Signature (8828 – 201 Street, Langley, BC V2Y 0C8). This meeting is open to all UFCW Local 247 FG Deli members.
