Locals 175 and 633 is the the largest UFCW local in Canada, covering all of Ontario with the majority of their members working in retail food stores.
Local 248P is based in Saskatoon and also has members in several other Saskatchewan communities.
Local 401 is the largest private sector local union in Alberta.
Local 503 in Quebec.
Local 509 in Charlesbourg, Quebec.
Local 1000A is in Woodbridge, Ontario with members across Ontario.
Local 832 is the largest private sector union in the province of Manitoba.
Local 1400 is the largest UFCW local union in Saskatchewan.

Canadian Committee on Labour History provides information on the Canadian Committee on Labour History and its publications.
Workers Health and Safety Centre is an Ontario based, frequently updated site with many articles on workplace health and safety issues.

International Confederation of Free Trade Unions or ICFTU cooperates closely with the International Labour Organisation and has consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council and specialized agencies such as UNESCO and FAO. It maintains contacts with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the World Trade Organisation and has offices in Geneva, New York and Washington.
International Labour Organization offers extensive information on the international labour scene, including information on human rights, child labour and labour standards.
